Drew Ballard, DDS
General Dentist/Owner
Dr. Ballard is a 2007 graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, in San Francisco, California. After graduation, Dr. Ballard was admitted to an Oral and Maxillofacial residency. In residency, Dr. Ballard was part of the team of doctors and dentists charged with facial reconstruction of wounded soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. During this time, Dr. Ballard recognized the strong psychological aspects of facial aesthetics and the power of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He spent two additional years in prosthodontic mentorship in another cosmetic focal point, South Korea. Dr. Ballard returned to the United States in 2010 and now enjoys his time as owner of Downtown Phoenix Dental, a private restorative, orthodontic, and implant practice in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Ballard has lectured on the use of biocomposite resins both nationally and internationally. Dr. Ballard also holds a special interest in applying emerging technologies to change and improve the way dentistry practiced and perceived.
Christopher Olson, DDS
Orthodontic Specialist
Dr. Olson is highly experienced as a specialist in the field of orthodontics, along with having practical experience in his own private practice. Dr. Olson is proud to serve the greater Phoenix community where he grew up. After graduating from Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Dr. Olson went on to earn his bachelor's degree in psychology from Stanford University. While at Stanford, Dr. Olson achieved NCAA All-American honors as a member of the men's national championship swimming team. Prior to starting dental school, Dr. Olson worked for Accenture Consulting out of their San Francisco office, where he collaborated with Fortune 100 healthcare companies to develop strategies to better serve their patients. Dr. Olson then graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco, and then completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Connecticut.

Daniel Roman
Dental Assistant
Danny was raised and has lived in the valley since 1989. He graduated from Arizona College of Allied Health for dental assisting. He brings over 15 years of experience and has a continuous passion for what he does. He's been married for 9 years to his high school sweetheart. They have two young and enthusiastic boys in the family. He loves spending time with family, swimming, and watching movies. He is a huge fan of football and enjoys spending hours getting his fantasy football team ready each week. He is the clinical backbone of the practice, coordinating treatment readiness,providing the doctors with chair-side assistance and leading the team in digital processing for the clinical treatment. He has become an expert with the iTero digital scanner system, used in restorative and orthodontic treatment services.
"Shi" Lenoir
Office Administration
"Shi" is a native of Ohio, now transplanted to the Valley and enjoys the sunshine 300+ day a year. Shi is proficient in all aspects of dental administration and is a great source of information if you have specific questions about your dental insurance coverage. She is a team player and is here to serve our patients with optimum attention.
She enjoys time with her family and friends and is an up-and-incoming on-stage comedian. You can catch her act on the local comedy club scene.
Audra Cox, RDH
Hygienist
Audra grew up in the Midwest, and comes to us with just over 20 years of dental experience. She received her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene from Des Moines Community College, and then went on to complete her BS degree in Human Nutrition from ASU. She is the proud mom of one college-age son. She enjoys competing in triathlons; trail running, backpacking, hiking and camping. She has an extreme love of the outdoors and exploring different parts of the southwest.
Lori Moriarty, RDH
Hygienist
Lori grew up in Massachusetts and has recently relocated to Downtown Phoenix. She has over 31 years of dental experience. She received her A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from Springfield Technical Community College. She is a proud mom of four college age children (2 girls 2 boys); three on the east coast and one here at ASU. She enjoys hiking, traveling and exploring AZ with her Fiancé and standard poodle; then sharing these great finds with her children when they visit.
Erin Lynn RDH

Erin is our newest Hygienist, obtaining her Hygiene degree three years ago. She enjoys time with her family and is especially occupied with her two daughters dance schedule, ski trips and family reunions. She has been married fourteen years to hear high school sweetheart. She is a welcomed addition to our practice and family of patients.
